About Dr shailly saxena

 Dr  Saxena is a specialist Geriatrician with a particular interest in cognition, memory changes and dementia. She provides comprehensive, person-centred assessment and management for older adults, considering not only their medical needs but also their mobility, medications, mood, function and overall wellbeing 

Dr Saxena consults across a broad range of geriatric concerns, including cognitive decline, falls, frailty, polypharmacy and complex medical conditions. She works closely with patients, families, GPs and the multidisciplinary team to develop practical and individualised care plans that support independence and quality of life.
